We had an in person quote within a day or two and it was the most competitive out of 4 others. All communication was either by email or phone as to what shingles samples to send to choose from, when they would be delivered , as to when to expect the job to begin ,weather permitting. All questions were answered promptly…the same day within the hour! Impressive! We received a call the night before the job was to start with final details, the ground crew were courteous and professional . They worked hard and with great care for safety. They even replaced a planter that was accidentally damaged during the process…a small detail that goes a long way. The yard was left very clean and of course our roof looks so nice!
